Murat Aktan

Murat Aktan is a seasoned professional in cyber security and public service. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Cyber Security at Ernst & Young since March 2018, Murat specializes in preventive security measures, including Vulnerability Management, SIEM/SOC, and ethical hacking, among other cyber security activities. In addition to this role, Murat is a City Council Member for Gemeente Lelystad, having founded a political party to enhance the quality of life in the community. Prior to these roles, Murat worked at KPMG Nederland as a Consultant in Cyber Incident Response, focusing on the technology aspects of forensic investigations. Murat holds an education from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
