Nastaran Shoeibi

Nastaran Shoeibi is a Senior Data Scientist at EY’s Data & AI Hub and a PhD candidate in Artificial Intelligence at Universidad de Salamanca, expected to conclude in 2027. They previously worked as an AI Researcher & Developer at GRIAL, where they designed and implemented Generative AI tools, and served as an IT Manager at Caspian International Business Company, focusing on machine learning and data integration projects. Nastaran also held the position of Research and Development Manager at Dayzi, driving the development of digital solutions for local grocery stores. They obtained a Master's degree in Intelligent Systems from Universidad de Salamanca in 2023 and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from BNUT in 2018.
