Natalie Brown

Natalie Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business design and customer experience management. Since April 2019, Natalie has served as a Partner and Director at EY, specializing in process and operating model transformation aimed at digitization and capacity creation for strategic growth. Prior to EY, Natalie was a Senior Manager at Telstra, overseeing the Consumer Mobiles segment and acting as General Manager for a duration. Natalie’s career began in legal support roles, including positions as a Paralegal at Ken Cush & Associates and the Youth Law Centre ACT, as well as a Legal Assistant at Westlund House. Natalie holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and dual Bachelor's degrees in Law and Finance from The Australian National University.
