Nathan Pliskin

Nathan Pliskin is a Senior Manager in the International Tax and Transaction Services practice at EY, where they advise corporate and private equity clients on U.S. tax matters related to both buy-side and sell-side transactions. Nathan's expertise includes domestic and U.S. in-bound acquisitions and dispositions across various industries, as well as federal tax advisory services on complex issues. Previously, Nathan held the position of Tax Senior Associate at Mazars USA LLP. Nathan earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from New York University School of Law and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations at Boston University, along with a Juris Doctor at Washington and Lee University School of Law.
