Neel Ugale

Neel Ugale currently serves as a Talent Consultant at EY since February 2025, following a role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at MarketsandMarkets™ from November 2023 to February 2025. In the capacity at MarketsandMarkets™, Neel played a crucial role in the International Sales Hiring Team, overseeing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Prior to this, Neel was a Talent Acquisition Intern at MarketsandMarkets™ for a short period in 2023, focusing on global sales recruitment and managing various recruitment tasks. Neel also has experience as a Placement Coordinator at Ramachandran International Institute of Management (RIIM Pune) while pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management.
