Neena Sharma

Neena Sharma is a seasoned professional with nearly 18 years of experience in marketing and project management. From March 2005 to December 2017, Neena held the position of Marketing Manager at Pearl Academy, where responsibilities included industry relations, corporate strategy, strategic partnerships, and international relations for student exchange programs. Prior to that, Neena worked as a PR Coordinator at Metropolitan Hotel Nikko from March 2004 to March 2005. Additionally, Neena served at EY from November 2020 to October 2021 as Associate Vice President and Team Lead for a Startup Project in Rajasthan, where focus areas included supporting government initiatives and public policy advocacy. Neena has also collaborated with the governments of Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, and Haryana, demonstrating a strong cross-functional expertise in policy implementation and e-Governance projects. Neena holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Management from Kalinga University.
