NEHA BARAIK

Neha Baraik is an experienced professional in rural management with a Master of Business Administration from Xavier Institute of Social Service. Neha's career began as a Summer Intern at Tata Chemicals Society for Rural Development, where a project proposal on digital financial literacy for Self-Help Group (SHG) women was prepared and piloted. Following this, Neha worked as a Young Professional at Jeevika Women Agri Producer Company Limited, focusing on project planning, implementation, and monitoring, along with responsibilities in capacity building, livelihood promotion, skill training, financial inclusion, and promoting women entrepreneurs. Currently, Neha serves as a Project Assistant at UNDP and a Project Consultant at EY, continuing contributions to development projects.
