Neil Fishwick

Neil Fishwick is currently the Chief of Staff for Global Forensic & Integrity Services at EY, where they collaborate closely with the Global Forensics Leader to execute strategic initiatives. Throughout their career at EY, which began in 2007, they have held various positions, including Senior Manager in Audit and Associate Director of the Global Assurance Talent Team. Neil contributed to the talent agenda for over 130,000 professionals worldwide and served as the Yorkshire Assurance People leader. They began their professional journey as a Purchase Ledger Clerk at HM Prison Service and became a Chartered Accountant in 2010 after earning a BA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Nottingham.
