Neil Mcdermott

Neil McDermott is the Managing Director of Investment and Treasury Services at EY, where they lead a team focused on enhancing treasury operations and investment strategies. With 25 years of experience, Neil’s expertise includes cash and liquidity management, bank relationship management, and Treasury Management Systems implementation across multiple regions, including the US, UK, and Latin America. Prior to their current role, Neil served as Vice President and Americas Regional Treasurer at QBE, and held leadership positions at Tower Group, AIG, and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. Neil is a licensed CPA, a CTP, and an alumnus of Rutgers University–Newark, committed to fostering innovation within the financial industry.
