Nichole Howarth

Nichole Howarth is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in campus and early careers recruiting. Beginning a career as a Government Services Technical Recruiter at Apex Systems from July 2010 to May 2011, Nichole transitioned to CGI as a College Recruiter from May 2011 to October 2015, responsible for full life-cycle college recruitment. Following this, Nichole joined EY, where roles included Pacific Early Careers Acquisition Lead, Assistant Director, and various positions in campus recruiting and talent advisory, managing teams and developing recruitment strategies across multiple regions. Nichole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Virginia Tech, completed in 2010.
