Nikolay Kovalev

Nikolay Kovalev, CCIM MRICS, is currently engaged in real estate, construction, hospitality, and tourism at EY, where they have held various leadership roles, including Head of Real Estate Valuation Assurance. Previously, Nikolay worked as an analyst and senior analyst at InterConsult, contributing to significant feasibility studies and business plans. They also held positions in the hospitality sector, including Deputy Head of Analytics and Marketing at Hotel Complex Zhemchuzhina, where they successfully implemented crisis management strategies. Nikolay is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics and has earned multiple degrees from Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics.
