Nilufer Gurel

Nilufer Gurel is a dedicated psychology professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, human resources, and research. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Associate at EYEY, Nilufer has also gained valuable experience through internships in human resources at Fiba Group and TÜBİTAK, where research focused on couple's therapy efficacy and factors affecting obesity in preschoolers. Additionally, Nilufer has contributed as an Instructor in Positive Adolescent Development at PERGEL and held the position of Psi Chapter President for Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology. Nilufer's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Özyeğin University and Tilburg University.
