Olaf Riedel

Olaf Riedel is a seasoned professional at Ernst & Young, where they currently serve as a Partner Consulting. Having initially trained as a Dualer Student at Nixdorf Computer AG and earned a Diplom-Betriebswirt in Economics with a specialization in IT from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University, Olaf began their career as an audit assistant at Arthur Andersen in 1991. Over the years, Olaf played a pivotal role in shaping EY’s IT Risk & Consulting team across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, and later took on leadership roles in digital transformation and the Technology, Media & Entertainment sector. Known for their innovative approach, Olaf focuses on enabling clients to navigate the complexities of the digital landscape. In personal life, Olaf enjoys running, sailing, hiking, skiing, reading, and vegan cooking, and is married with four children.
