Oliver Simon is the Europe West Talent Functions Leader and Talent Attraction and Acquisitions Leader at EY. Previously, Oliver served as the Head of Learning and Development and the Head of HR Corporate & Investment Banking at HypoVereinsbank - UniCredit Bank AG from 2012 to 2016. Oliver's experience also includes a role as COO of UniManagement at UniCredit from 2007 to 2010. Oliver holds a Diplom-Kaufmann in European Economics from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, earned between 1992 and 1996.
