Oliver Suchocki

Oliver Suchocki is currently a Partner in People Consulting at EY, specializing in HR transformation, change management, and digital HR processes. With over 20 years of experience in HR consulting and organizational change, Oliver has successfully executed HR projects across several European countries, including Austria and Germany. Prior to EY, they held various leadership positions, including Geschäftsführer at Suchocki Executive Search GmbH and Country Manager for Austria at Pedersen & Partners. Oliver has also contributed to the Austrian Central Register and the Federal Security Academy as a Controlling Advisory Board Member. They are a founder of the CYRILL Award and provide advisory services to C-level executives and board members. Oliver is currently pursuing a law degree at the University of Vienna.
