Oran Dayan

Oran Dayan is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in auditing and transaction advisory services. At KPMG Israel, from January 2016 to June 2019, Oran served as a Senior Financial Auditor, focusing on the auditing of companies implementing IFRS and US GAAP and preparing financial reports for privately held firms in the Israeli market. Since June 2019, Oran has been a Senior Transaction Advisory Services Consultant at EY, contributing over four years of expertise in financial due diligence, valuations, and financial modeling in the real estate sector. Oran collaborates with a diverse team of specialists, supporting major transactions in Israel. Oran holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from The College of Management Academic Studies, completed in 2015.
