Oskar Hjelte

Oskar Hjelte is an HR Tech Lead (Associate Partner) at EY Sweden, bringing over thirteen years of experience in HR technology solution development and governance. Previously, they served as the Head of PX Digitalization & Core Data at Volvo Cars, where they focused on digital transformation within the People Experience area. Oskar also held strategic roles at ICA Gruppen and ABB, managing HR processes and HRIS implementations. They hold a Higher Education Diploma in Personnel and Occupational Work from Örebro University and are committed to continuous learning in the HR and HR Tech fields.
