Özüm Tam has diverse experience in consultancy, community management, and sustainability services. Özüm served as a Student Consultant at Amnesty International from February 2020 to June 2020 and then as Community Manager at Leaders for Climate Action from December 2022 to March 2023, focusing on sustainable practices for businesses. Currently, Özüm works as Audit Staff in Climate Change and Sustainability Services at EY since September 2023. Previous roles include an Events Intern position at TNW in 2021, contributing to a prominent tech conference, and a Research/Consultant Intern role at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Turkey in early 2021. Özüm holds a Master's degree in Political Economy from UvA and a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from Leiden University, alongside a high school diploma in Mathematics from Bahcesehir High School for Science and Technology.
