Paresh Jain

Paresh J. is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in managing large teams and complex HR functions across various industries. Currently serving as the India Consulting HR Head at EY since October 2022, Paresh leads the internal Talent function for a workforce of over 22,000 employees. Prior to EY, Paresh held the position of Chief People Officer at PwC Acceleration Centers in Kolkata, overseeing HR for approximately 15,000 employees. With a notable tenure at Accenture, Paresh contributed as Europe Market HR Lead and held multiple leadership roles within the Financial Services sector and emerging capability groups. Previous experience includes significant HR leadership roles at GE and Arvind Mills Ltd., focusing on various HR disciplines, including compensation, benefits, and talent acquisition. Paresh holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a BE in Mining from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
