With foundational experience at Ramco Systems, Parnava advanced to a Senior Director of Technology role at Publicis Sapient, where they led global engineering efforts and drove transformative initiatives from inception to execution. Currently, Parnava advises various early-stage startups on technology strategy and implementation while serving as an Engineering Lead for Wealth & Asset Management at EY, where they focus on building high-performing engineering teams and innovative digital platforms. Parnava is pursuing an Advance Diploma in Software Application and a Senior Diploma in Fine Arts, alongside a Bachelor of Science from Kolkata institutions.
