Patrick Menard is a Partner at EY, currently serving as the Head of EMEIA Finance Advisory and Head of France audit and finance advisory for financial services. With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Patrick has specialized in (re)insurance finance matters and regulatory compliance, including significant expertise in IFRS 17 and Solvency II. Previously based in the Singapore office between 2013 and 2018, Patrick worked with various multinational groups and is recognized as an expert in finance performance improvement and automation initiatives. They began their career in consulting and auditing with EY in France and have also held roles at AXA and Proparco. Patrick holds an MBA in Finance from ESCP Europe and is a French Certified Public Accountant.
