Patrick Quay

Patrick Quay is the EY-Parthenon Americas Private Equity Industry Leader, specializing in buy- and sell-side advisory services for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. With extensive experience at EY since 2001, Patrick helps businesses navigate critical due diligence processes, focusing on earnings quality, cash flow forecasting, and integration planning. Prior to this role, Patrick assisted numerous companies in accessing capital markets through equity and debt offerings. They hold a BA in Economics from The College of the Holy Cross and an MS in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame, and are a licensed CPA in New York.
