Paul Hale

Paul Hale is a Partner in the Transaction Advisory Services Division of Ernst & Young, bringing over 25 years of professional experience. Having relocated back to London in 2019, Paul has extensive expertise in working with both private equity and corporate clients, particularly in buy-side and vendor due diligence, as well as carve-out scenarios. Paul holds a BA Hons in Accountancy Studies from the University of Exeter and is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Prior to their current role, Paul served as Associate Partner at Ernst & Young and Associate Director from 2000 to 2007, as well as Audit Senior at HLB Kidsons.
