Paul Maddox is currently a Partner and the Global Execution Leader for Program Mercury at EY, where they lead the global re-platforming of the firm's core systems onto SAP. Previously, Paul managed EY's UK Financial Services Advisory business and has extensive international experience, having worked with clients in around 30 countries across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, the US, and Africa. They played a pivotal role in high-profile projects, including leading the £1.1 billion UK Chip and PIN Programme and serving as the lead Advisory partner for the £5.4 billion demutualisation of Scottish Widows. Paul also held transformation roles on the executive committees of significant financial institutions, including a two-year tenure at Old Mutual/Skandia and three years as Transformation Director at Barclays Global Retail Bank.
