Paulo E. Espindula

Paulo E. Espindula is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in tax and human resources advisory services across Latin America. Currently serving as Chief Learning Officer and Managing Director at EY since April 2002, Paulo leads the People Advisory Services practice for Latin America North and directs the Latin American Business Center in Miami. Previous roles include Tax Director for Latin America at Tyco International and Capgemini, as well as Senior Manager in International Tax Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Manager at Coopers & Lybrand. Paulo holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics/Finance from Bentley University.
