Paweł Preuss

Paweł Preuss is an experienced executive and Partner at EY, currently leading the Financial Services Industry in the Warsaw office. Paweł joined EY in 2002, starting as an auditor before advancing to advisory services and ultimately serving as Head of Financial Risk Management in Poland for nearly a decade. With over 20 years of experience in both Polish and international financial projects, Paweł specializes in financial risk management and has collaborated with major banking groups and regulators. They are also a lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics, teaching postgraduate studies in risk management for financial institutions. Paweł holds two Master's degrees in Finance & Banking and Marketing & Management from Szkoła Główna Handlowa w Warszawie, along with additional education from the University of Cambridge and Harvard Business School.
