Pénélope Winkel

Pénélope Winkel is a CSR project manager with a diverse background in sustainability and education. They began their career at Plume, where they created educational content and supported project development. They later worked at CHANEL as an assistant in sustainable transport, focusing on innovative solutions and data management related to carbon emissions. Currently, Pénélope is engaged as a Chargée de mission Stratégie Carbone at Colas Rail, coordinating sustainable initiatives and communication strategies. They hold a Master’s degree in Innovation, Management of Technology, and Sustainable Development from Ecole de Management de la Sorbonne.
