Peter Dennin

Peter Dennin is currently the Associate General Counsel at EY, a position they have held since 2015. Previously, they worked as a Partner and Associate at Hogan Lovells from 2005 to 2011, and as a Senior Associate at PwC from 1992 to 1996. Dennin began their career as a Staff Accountant at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission from 1997 to 1999, and also served as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from 2002 to 2005. They earned a Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from Fordham University School of Law in 2002, after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting, from Georgetown University in 1992.
