Peter Mahoney

Peter Mahoney is a licensed certified public accountant with 35 years of experience serving real estate, private equity, and venture capital clients. Currently, they serve as the Global and Americas Real Estate Tax Market Segment Leader at EY, where they have also held positions as a tax partner and in the National Tax Department. Previously, they were a partner and managing director at Ziner Kennedy / American Express. Peter holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley College and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University, and they have contributed extensively to tax literature and education as an adjunct professor at George Mason and Northeastern University.
