PETER MAKSZIN

Peter Makszin is currently the MENA Total Reward Leader at EY, responsible for a comprehensive portfolio of compensation and benefits for over 8,000 employees across 15 countries in the Middle East and North Africa. Previously, they held key roles in various organizations, including Head of Compensation at K&H Csoport and Head of Reward and Services at Vodafone. With a strong background in designing total reward schemes and a strategic mindset, Peter has demonstrated expertise in vendor management and data analytics throughout their career. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Reinhardt University and a Master's in Management from Purdue University.
