Peter Sheppard

Peter Sheppard currently serves as the Global Head of Learning Impact, Innovation and Skills at EY, a position held since September 2025. Previously, Peter Sheppard was with Ericsson from July 2010 to September 2025, where responsibilities included leading the global learning and development ecosystem, overseeing learning excellence, and managing L&D for the Western & Central Europe region. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Personnel Officer at Philips Electronics, managing recruitment and training initiatives, and as a Personnel Officer at IBM, providing HR advisory services. Peter Sheppard holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Nottingham Trent University.
