Phil Boren

Phil Boren is a Partner at EY, specializing in insurance for a diverse range of clients, including property and casualty, life, healthcare, and InsureTech companies. They coordinate a variety of consulting services, leveraging extensive knowledge of SEC, GAAP, NAIC, Sarbanes-Oxley, and Model Audit Rule regulations. With a background that includes advising financial institutions and guiding start-ups through their SEC listings, they have led multiple capital market transactions. Phil has also amassed significant international experience, serving as the domestic point of contact for projects across Europe, Asia, Canada, Bermuda, and the Caymans.
