Phil Phillips

Phil Phillips has extensive experience in security and resilience, currently serving as the Global Security and Resilience Lead at EY since 2019, where they focus on Global Threat Intelligence. Prior to this role, Phil was a Special Agent at the FBI from 1991 to 2016, specializing in complex criminal and national security investigations. They managed insider threat and cyber security at Exelon Corporation from 2016 to 2019. Phil started their career at EY with a dual experience in audit as a CPA from 1989 to 1991 after earning a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Utica College and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from SUNY Canton.
