Phil Randall

Phil Randall is a Partner at EY, specializing in financial services with over 20 years of experience in the insurance and private equity sectors. Currently part of the executive leadership team within the Financial Accounting Advisory Services practice, Phil focuses on finance transformation initiatives and complex accounting areas, including IFRS and GAAP compliance. Phil began their tenure at EY in the audit practice and has earned a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Iowa. Additionally, they serve on the boards of Junior Achievement of Central Iowa and Winefest Des Moines, mentoring future leaders in the community.
