Phil Snipes

Phil Snipes is a retired Office Managing Partner of EY (Ernst & Young) in Greenville, SC, where they provided services to clients in North and South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida for over 39 years. Phil has expertise in financial statement auditing, mergers and acquisitions, and has worked with various sectors, including retail, distribution, construction, real estate, and manufacturing. Currently, Phil is self-employed as a consultant and serves on the Board of Directors, leveraging their extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting matters. Phil earned a BS in Accounting from the University of South Carolina.
