Philip Davidson

Philip Davidson is a Senior Manager in EY's Financial Services team, where they focus on SOX 404, SOC1, SOC2, and internal audit engagements. They possess extensive experience in various technology environments, including on-premises, cloud (AWS, Azure), and mainframe systems, and have worked with clients to develop controls for multiple frameworks like SOX, SOC2, ISO 27001, CCPA, and GDPR. Philip has collaborated with a diverse range of financial services clients, from Fortune 500 companies to startups, in sectors such as insurance, payments, and fintech. They previously served as a Staff Accountant at Huddle House from 2012 to 2014. Philip is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance at Georgia State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University.
