Philip Milne

Philip Milne is a Partner at EY, where they leverage over 20 years of experience advising Government and Public Sector clients on complex strategic and transactional projects. Currently, they provide expertise in funding, financing, procurement, and delivery across various sectors, including infrastructure, energy, and health. Philip has previously worked as a Managing Consultant at Tribal Group and held positions at Audit Scotland and KPMG, focusing on assurance and advisory services. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy with Economics from The University of Stirling and are a Fellow Chartered Public Finance Accountant.
