Philippe Leroy

Philippe Leroy is a Partner in the Transaction Advisory Service at EY, where they lead the strategy and execution of large-scale, complex transactions for global Fortune companies. They began their career in Private Equity at Financiere Saint Dominique in 1993 and later worked as a Senior at Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1996 to 2002, focusing on audit practices in Paris and New York. Philippe holds a Magistere in Banque, Finance, and Assurance from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, which they completed in 1993.
