Phillip Bilango

Phillip Bilango is a Prosci-certified change management consultant in the People Consulting practice at Ernst & Young LLP, where they focus on mid- to large-scale technology adoption transformations. Their experience spans various sectors, including consumer products and retail, healthcare, supply chain manufacturing, mining, and the government and public sector. Prior to joining EY in 2023, Phillip served as a Supply Chain Specialist at TEKTELIC from 2019 to 2023. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at both Chulalongkorn University and the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary.
