Карина Нечаева

Карина Нечаева has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in graduate recruitment and performance management. They began their career at KPMG, where they worked in HR for graduate recruitment from 2012 to 2013, and later served as a tutor at the Russian University of Economics in 2014. From 2016 to 2021, Карина played a pivotal role at EY, coordinating graduate recruitment for Business Consulting, overseeing performance reviews, and facilitating employee lifecycle processes. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Management, a Master's degree in Financial Management, and a PhD in Financial Management, all from the Russian University of Economics named after G.V. Plekhanov.
