With over two decades of experience in the IT industry, Pramoda has held leadership positions focusing on technology delivery, solution enablement, and operational excellence. Prior to their current role, they served as the Technology Consulting Leader for Banking and Capital Markets at EY, managing core banking implementations and large-scale transformation programs. Pramoda has also managed significant programs at ITC Infotech with a successful track record in agile methodologies and client relationship management. An accomplished leader, they are also a pencil artist and enjoy long-distance running.
