Prashant Vargis

Prashant Vargis is currently the Assistant Director for the UK Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team at EY, focusing on strategy and implementation. With a total of around 15 years of experience, Prashant has held key roles at firms such as HCL Tech, Wipro, and Aptara, specializing in Service Excellence and Process Improvement through methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma. Prashant earned an MBA from the Birla Institute of Management Technology and a B-Tech in Industrial Engineering from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, along with several certifications in quality management.
