Prashantt Nair MBA, FRM, CQF has extensive experience in data analytics and risk management within the financial services industry. Prashantt held the position of Head of Singapore Scorecard Analytics at Standard Chartered Bank, where responsibilities included leading scorecard modeling and overseeing commission payroll for over 600 relationship managers. At Compass Group, Prashantt served as Finance and Data Solutions Manager, implementing data-driven strategies for revenue optimization and designing forecasting models. Subsequent experience at BMO Financial Group involved developing analytics platforms and Power BI dashboards for credit portfolio oversight. Currently, Prashantt is Risk Lead at EY, where leadership of significant credit risk transformation programs for major Canadian banks is a key focus, alongside the development of AIRB-compliant probability of default models for substantial portfolios.
