Puneet Mann

Puneet Mann is a Partner at EY with extensive experience as a banking executive. They have successfully navigated complex financial environments and demonstrated a strategic mindset focused on achieving both short-term financial results and long-term business value. Puneet has held various leadership roles, including Head of Deposits, Lending, and Advice Strategy at Laurentian Bank, where they led the development of innovative business strategies and ensured alignment with industry regulations. They began their career as an Analyst in Retail Finance at Nestle and have since built a strong track record in coaching high-performing teams and driving cross-functional alignment. Currently, Puneet is pursuing a B.A. in Economics and Political Science at the University of Toronto, along with executive development programs at Queen's University and Ivey Business School.
