Punit Niranjan Minj

Punit Niranjan Minj is a development professional currently serving as a Senior Consultant at EY and a Consultant at Transform Rural India. As a founder of a Farm to Retail startup, Punit developed and tested a business model for high-quality agricultural products in Bihar and Jharkhand, while also establishing a packaging unit for spices. Previously, in their role as a Young Professional with the Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society, Punit worked with one million women-led self-help groups to implement socio-economic programs and successfully scaled initiatives across 54 blocks. Punit holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Forestry Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur.
