Qiuling Tsar

Qiuling Tsar is a Partner at EY (Ernst & Young) based in Amsterdam, specializing in the wealth and asset management and banking sectors. With a focus on transforming audits into data-driven processes, they have served as the EY FSO NL Digital Innovation Leader since 2018. Qiuling is passionate about coaching and mentoring, having contributed to the management team in areas such as recruitment and HR policy development, which led to their appointment as the Talent Leader of EY Financial Services in the Netherlands in 2022. They also gained international experience during a secondment to EY Shanghai, serving private equity and banking clients. Qiuling holds multiple degrees from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, including a Master in Economics and a postgraduate degree as a Register Accountant.
