Rachel Cole

Rachel Cole is a professional dedicated to helping organizations center their sustainability transformations around people. They have held various roles at EY, including Senior Manager and People Consulting - Sustainability Chief of Staff, where they focused on impactful strategies in Washington, D.C. Rachel has also served as a Senior Associate at Grant Thornton LLP and gained experience through multiple internships and assistantships, including the U.S. Department of State and AJC: Global Jewish Advocacy. Currently, Rachel pursues a Master of Public Affairs at Indiana University Bloomington and studies at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
