Rachel Moir

Rachel Moir is an experienced leader currently serving as a Director at EY, where they specialize in People Strategy and Learning design. Previously, Rachel held roles at Perth & Kinross Council as an Education Coordinator and at Waitrose as a Department Manager, focusing on talent management and operational targets. With further experience as a Learning and Development Manager at John Lewis Partnership, they engaged with stakeholders to craft agile learning solutions. Rachel earned a BSc(Hons) in Environmental Geoscience and an MSc in Environment & Development from The University of Edinburgh, during which they also traveled and lived with an indigenous tribe in the San Blas archipelago.
