Rajeev Arora has extensive experience in business consulting and financial management, with a strong focus on the insurance and financial sectors. At EY, Rajeev served as Partner in Business Consulting for the Insurance Sector, providing innovative solutions for domestic insurance companies. Rajeev managed the implementation of a Banking ERP as a Manager at a large private bank in Sri Lanka. As CFO at India Mortgage Guarantee Corporation Pvt Ltd, Rajeev developed a new Credit Risk Mitigation product for the mortgage industry. During tenure at Aviva, Rajeev held roles as Director of Finance and Actuarial and Director of Risk and Internal Audit, establishing performance management cultures and frameworks. Rajeev also contributed to IT Risk management as a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, overseeing IT strategy and risk control reviews.
