Randall Oquendo

Randall Oquendo is a seasoned tax law professional with over 25 years of experience. Currently, they lead the Tax, Legal, and BPO practice at PwC Costa Rica, a role they began on July 1, 2024. Previously, Oquendo served as Tax Director at EY and held a Tax Manager position at Deloitte. In addition, they are a professor of Tax Law and Finance at the Universidad de Costa Rica, enriching future legal minds with their extensive knowledge. Oquendo holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Taxation from the University of Florida and a Master's degree in Tax Advisory from Universidad para la Cooperación Internacional.
